Giovanna Federico, director of Selling Sunset LTD, is an international entrepreneur and property investor, managing her own portfolio of residential assets, and helping acquisition companies to find the right investment opportunity £1m+. Giovanna started her own property sourcing agency in 2020 in the UK, with virtual associates in China and Dubai. In 2022, Giovanna launched a new side of the business that provides private venue sourcing consultancy to corporate companies, thanks to her extensive knowledge and expertise on worldwide hotels, cost negotiation and legal contracts; alogside with personal development trainings and coaching for both individuals and corporate.

With over 20 years of property investment and event management experience, Giovanna has a proven track record in both sectors, with successful transactions on land, residential and commercial sites, additionally to managing and delivering successful and innovative venue sourcing projects worldwide, developing business opportunities and driving considerable profit margins to some of the most successful firms included in Forbes and Fortune 500.

Her educational and professional career took her to live in Rome, Madrid, New York, Buenos Aires, Dubai and London. Along with several education certificates, so as a Language Translation Degree (Spanish and English), TOEFL, Business & Event Management MBA, Real Estate professional investor, Life Coaching, Giovanna is fluent in English, Spanish and her native tongue, Italian (all three languages include written/verbal communications).​​
